We use only the highest quality copper and double Dacron® film insulation on the windings. By employing only experienced hands and expert inspections during assembly. We also use a high-rise commutator design together with expert tig-welding that eliminates winding fatigue, weak spots and electrical blowouts.

Each finished armature is electronically balanced to .5Mil (factory specs is only .2Mil), to eliminate vibrations which can contribute to metal fatigue and bearing failure.

1. Double-wrapped with Dacron®, plus film insulated windings.
2. High-rise commutator design is much stronger.
3. Tig-welded bars-to-commutator are much stronger.
4. High frequency bar-to-bar and high pot 2KVA testing.
5. Tig-welded rear rings-to-bar are much stronger.
6. Electronic balancing eliminates vibrations.

High rise commutator lasts longer.
You can see the ELECTRO difference: winding bars are expertly tig-welded into the slots of a high-rise commutator. This superior design, which ELECTRO has built for 14 years, is estimated to be five times stronger than the original low-rise design and eliminates armature blowouts.

Rear bars are also reinforced.
Another big ELECTRO difference: the rear windings bars are also reinforced with copper rings and tig-welded the full length for maximum strength and durability.
